This is my effort from the Glencoe outing from Rowardennan last month, thought I'd wait a while before posting!
It's been done before and it'll likely get done again but everything changes every 15 minutes up there so you're never going to get exactly the same image twice, thankfully!
Anyway, this is my take on the scene, I think I've got most of the raindrops out!
Thanks for looking, have a good day folks.

I like the way the house stands out in the gloom, very nice light and a great scene.

Absolutely fantastic image, love the colours and it certainly looks like you were about to get caught up in some rough weather. Breathtaking image.

Much photographed scene, where composition and lighting are all important aspects, and here you have the quality and atmosphere which makes the shot special.

That's a lot darker than I remember it, but this version certainly has an appealing kind of moodiness to it, and I can see why Pete likes it. Congratulations!

Nice moody shot and the light in the fg contrasts nicely with that churning sky. Great capture Smile

Oh what a pleasent surprise! Thanks Pete. and thanks to everyone else for looking.
I was actually worried about this image as when I got to work the image appears so much darker than it did on my PC at home.

Yes, congrats on the EC, this is very good. A little more moody than most of them and I do like big foreground rocks anyway so there you go...

I've walked the west highland way a good few times, and this jsut reminds me of the mood of the place when the legs are begining to get tired and body drowsy!! Nice pic.
