Exposure is spot on as is the central composition, the scale comes over and it doesnt look too busy with everything that is going on. The only thing i would say that lets it down is the distortion due to the wide angle lens & the angel at which it is taken. Ive had many un-rescuable shots ruined by things not lining up - My advice - Get a spirit level & you will be able to line all the verticals & have the centre parallel.

I agree with Nick about the angle- I would have straightened it in PS but for the taxi that would have been cut in half. A tripod would could have helped but i wasnt too keen with a couple of shifty looking locals eyeing my camera bag as it was! I took it hand held at 1/6th Second at f8 instead.
