My Tern For Lunch

My Tern For LunchAn excellent image with a good subject and comp. My only advice is that be very careful when you are sharpening an image as this one looks like you have over done it slightly which is probably why there is a slight halo around the post.Wink

Wollaton Hall

Wollaton HallI don't care for V2 and 3 if I'm honest. However V1 is excellent and you have done a good job in the processing to bring out the wonderful detail in the Hall. I'm just wondering, did you take any images of the hall at the top of the steps as the tree branches are covering the main subject?
Also, I'm not sure if its my eyesight but the image could do with levelling up a bit as it seems to be tilting to the right. Wink

Cygnets

CygnetsThis IS one of your best pics. The pov of the cygnets is perfect and the slight bluriness adds a nice feel to it. However, my only criticism is that down both sides there is two dark patches, probably two other birds trying to get into the frame. But these can quite easily be removed in photoshop. If I get time I will have a playSmile

Night dubai....

Night dubai....Lovely picture. The lights from the buildings and on the reflections look great. However I personally would've moved the camera up a little so you got the top of the buildings in the image too. By doing this also you wouldn't get the bottom quarter of the image in as this would be a good thing because it there is just black and doesn't contribute anything to the image. I am only a beginner in photography myself so I am no expert really so some people may disagree. I would definitely have given your image a vote thoughGrin
