Inspired by Paul's (Skeet1Away) latest macro images with his new lens,I was looking back over some old images and my attempt at some macro photographs. This tiny Orchid, approx 1.5 inches was taken in November 2010 in the Botanic gardens in Glasgow. I would value your thoughts and comments. My sincere thanks once again to everyone for your time to view and for your kind comments. Bill.

Thanks Bill for the nice comment, and for the help over the last few months........very nice image, with stunning depth of colour. I also like your pov here as the flower in shot fades across bringing a nice line to your comp.
Thanks again........
Paul.
Lovely delicate colour, Bill, could the bg be tidied a little.... not sure, just a thought.
Dave
