Once again from the Isle of Skye, and Elgol this time. A Ray of Hope,(was hoping for a sunset) but unfortunately it did not happen. This ray of light appeared for aprox 30sec when I was set up for another shot,it reflected off the water and lit up part of the mountain and then it was gone. My thanks once again for your kind words and comments on my previous images, they are very much appreciated. Bill.

It's amazing how often the light bursts through here and paints a wonderful picture across Loch Scavaig, and just a wee hint on Sgurr na Stri, under that black cloud. Drama not even William Shakespeare could have conjured up.

What a wonderful shot. We all go there hoping for good weather, but drama like this is so much better.

A fantastic moody image. Superb colours, partic the green in the sea, and there is, of course, that ray of light - and extremely well captured.

A very well composed image, with a contrast between the sunlit f/g rocks and headland and with the shadowed Cuillins in the b/g. Superb land/seascape shot, tue light and colours to die for.
Ronnie.
