Another older image, this time taken from the beautiful tranquil Treigh in the North West of Scotland,overlooking the sea towards Eigg, Rhum, and Skye. Set up the tripod in the water here very low down to try to capture this image. My thanks once again to everyone for your kind words and comments on my previous images, they are very much appreciated. Bill.

Well it is the first time I have come across your portfolio and it certainly very rewarding. Landscape photography at its best.
The outline of Eigg is so characteristic, Bill: the low viewpoint has allowed excellent f/g detail, even underwater. Very fine coastal landscape, very nicely composed to frame the 'lagoon' with seaweed covered rocks but leaving a narrow passage out to the open sea and beyond.
Wonderful colours with that fine weather.

The low camera position is perfect for getting the composition just right here. Looks quite a deep pool you're in too, can almost taste the salt.
