My thanks once again to everyone for your wonderful comments and all of the awards on my previous photograph. It came as quite a shock when I realised just how well it was accepted.
This image was taken on Sunday morning in a very quiet little village called Sandford, in Central Scotland. The last time I was here was a few years ago, and nothing has changed much, not even the weather, it was still raining. The title refers to the Wild flowers here and the Wet, well ! I will let you work it out for yourself. My thanks again for your time to view. Bill.

The movement and colour of the falls and the purple flowers make a lovely image, Bill.

Now, fancy that, raining in Scotland still!
On a more serious note, a fine riverside shot, the grasses and couple of thistles a nice f/g and base to the swollen waters.
Ronnie.

Bill, super sharp f/g again.........lost count of all those falls, with all the rain it's no wonder the water is so murky......nice balance of tones. And as you said today with all the bad weather there has been a lack of landscape shots over the summer.......nice work as always.

Paul.

Tremendous spot you've found here Bill and a grand composition with the peaty water flowing through.
