Another image from this wonderful location, sadly the tree that used to overhang the jetty here has been cut down, don't know why?, but still produces the opportunity for photographs. My thanks once again to everyone for your time to view and for your kind words and comments on my previous images, they are very much appreciated. Bill.

Wonderful atmospheric image.
Love the light and the slightly misty background.
If you don`t mind me saying, I think that the composition would be slightly improved if the left side was cropped to lose the gap between the post and the edge.
Just my humble opinion.

Bill

A good, low pov, Bill, the jetty is a good lead in and provides fg interest without taking over the image. There's also a line of beautifully lit trees against the darker firs, again leading to the boat house. A lovely balanced image.

It's real - am particularly fond of these kinds of landscapes. The slightly hazy summer light here is also very appealing.

Lovely composition, without the tree or not Bill, the Trossachs are full of wonderful spots and I'm not sure the landowner here was happy with the attention from photographers over the years. I've been here a few times and always felt I was being watched.
