This is the emerging flower of a carnivorous Sundew plant. A small delicate plant with sticky droplets on leaf hairs that trap unwary small insects. This is a cropped image. PS levels and contrast only. No sharpening.

Hi Bill,it is psychedelic but that doesn't detract from the flower which is in perfect focus and has brilliant clarity,texture,detail,lighting,exposure and colour.Superb shot.Take care.AnnSmile
