Beautifully seen, and perfectly composed.

However, there's a certain grittiness about hte appearance that suggests that you may have sharpened the shot quite a bit in processing. I'd love to see a variant with a more natural look.

The light is magical.

I think this is the bridge at the back of Clare College... I remember taking pictures of my son's graduation celebrations there!

Thank you for commenting Daisy, Darren and John.

John your skill as an masterful photographer is underlined yet again... are absolutely correct in every part of your critique. The image had a really heavy tonal contrast applied that made it "pop", I felt almost giving it an hdr effect. It created a look so different from what I'd normally choose but I liked it! And yes, it is indeed the rear of Clare College, from the edge of the famous Clare Bridge.
