Got caught out by some huge waves at Boiler Beach in Cornwall tonight. Unfortunately, by the time it felt safe enough to get as close as I needed to get the shot I was after, all of the pink hues had drained from the sky. I do like the rather monochromatic look that I have been left with though, and think that it helps the moody feel. Not done much with this; single shot, a couple of curves layers and a touch of Orton before sharpening for web.

Some nice detail in the water run off Paul. The blue tones work well.

Again love the aqua colour and well worked. I agree with you the tones help with the mood. Great work.

Excellent decision to increase the ISO in order to retain detail in those wonderful cascades, Paul. Superb image.

It's the first time I've tried it to be honest Alun, I knew I wanted around a 1 sec exposure, but didn't want to introduce any noise - the gamble paid off! Smile

Many thank to Chris, Alun & Andy for the UAs!!!!!!!
