Another afternoon trip to the Green Bridge of Wales in Pembrokeshire. This time though, I had to avoid the tourists and got stuck in a "traffic jam" on the way down to the coast there, when the coach in front of me was held up by a motorhome coming in the opposite direction.. amusing to sit and watch, the motorhome eventually gave way after several interesting maneuvers trying to make way for the coach! Smile

Terrific, Jeanie!
Works superbly in mono, and you've pulled off a lovely conversion.
Hard to improve on this.
At the shoot it may have been slightly better to frame up to exclude the rock at the right hand edge, perhaps. It may be worth re-cropping to achieve this; don't think you'd lose any significant detail and it could make the composition even more powerful.
Think I prefer this to the colour version.
Really good stuff!!

Bill

Hi Bill. Thanks for the critique. I think I may well have a version taken with the right stack out of shot. I will check out the originals. I processed this while I was away and not gone back to the files. Cheers, Jeanie Smile

The water effects are superb! I think Bill is right about losing the stack on the right. I also feel the sky doesn't quite match the drama of the sea and though a square crop would centre nicely on the arch leaving less sky... but then I am in square crop mode lately! Grin
