Good morning all. Many thanks to all who liked yesterday's effort; quite a surprise!
I've argued with myself quite a bit about whether or not to upload today's sacificial lamb. Clearly, I decided to give it a go
This is St. Loy's Cove, South West Cornwall.
I waited an age for the only cloud in the sky to provide a bit of shadow on the cliffs and give some relief from the blistering middle of the day sunlight, which gave me time to set up and compose this shot.
I quite like the "stepping stones" which appear to lead to the distant headland and the strong colours, although in hindsight it was probably the worst time of day to be photographing!
Some minor colour and contrast adjustments and a final (afterthought) crop to improve on the original framing.
Thanks for stopping by.
