Martyn Bell storms into Brooklands on cold tyres on the second lap after the restart following Mike Jordan's massive shunt in the second BTCC race at Silverstone. Bell gathered it together and made it to Luffield only to throw it straight off the track there instead! 1/100th sec at F10 to blur the background, cropped to show the detail.

Shame the cars won't be there in 2007 as it stands.

He must have just come off the brakes as there's movement in the tyre. Great lock up shot though. Cant believe they wont be racing there next year. First time in 52years i think.

Lens aside how did you get so close if this is braking into Brooklands unless you're standing in the infield?
