I’ve uploaded a squirrel who posed nicely at the right distance today.
The version is a shot I didn’t want to post on its own as I find the background distracting but I like the way he is about to bite and the fact you can see his little tongue so I thought I would let you see it.
Yes they are different squirrels – I think there are 5 or 6 in that patch of wood but the youngsters are really hard to tell apart so I’m not certain .

Having compared these two images with yesterday's, I do have to admit that the inclusion of the whole animal does work better, Sandra. These are two delightful shots, beautifully captured with excellent detail, lovely colours and with great 'poses'. Really first class work.
