As I won’t be uploading for a while I thought I would leave you with a few shots of one of the red squirrels near here. I have been trying to get natural shots of them searching for food and going about their daily business rather than just sitting eating. Hope you like them.

Thanks for all your clicks and comments on my previous uploads. I will pop in to look at the galleries and hope to upload again in a couple of months or so. ‘Bye for now.

A magnificent set. V1 the most pleasing for the purists, V4 has captivating light, V5 is perfectly framed and V8 is just magic for the expression.

Wow, I think I've overdosed on red squirrels, what a wonderful set of images, so natural.

You spoil us for choice, Sandra. Each shot is so good and could easily stand on its own. The colour and detail in each could not be better. If I had to state a favourite, it would probably be V 8 because of the upward enquiring 'pose'......just that bit different to the others. But a lovely set. Wish I could give more than one vote!
Ronnie.

You could have kept a stock of uploads for a while as Ronnie said all these are good enough for single uploads, a wonderful set and can't single out a best. - gary

Pure unadulterated delight viewing this wonderful set!! Love each and every one but V1, 8 & 12 are particularly appealing to me. All the variations have such beautiful detail and colour, plus action of one sort or another and as others have commented, could so easily have been stand alone images. A real treat! Enjoy your break whatever your plans!

Please don't convert these photographs to black and white, because the red squirrels will then just look like grey squirrels...

Wonderful set here Sandra, most worthy of there own slot, beautiful little creature and photographed beautifully, I only ever got 4 or 5 shots of these and they were taken in Scotland, all 'greys' here I'm afraid,
