A very hard worker, who knows his business ( can tell by his rope coiling!)

There are still chimneys here so I guess there are still sweeps - but it's a lot of years since I saw one...
I like the way you construct your portrait montages. The contrasting angle top/bottom gives a balance, the gaze at the top seems to be keeping benevolent watch over the working selves below.
I'm not quite so sure about the background in the lower triptych, I think it's added and I'd it prefer lighter. But that's minor...

Such a clean sweep!
Agree Moira's comments.
Interested to see him working with a rope, as if he stood on the roof-top to pull, whereas ours work from below with a brush on sticks . . . .
Sorry for the unusual technicalities, this is still the middle of the night for me Smile
Regards
Bill

A blast from the past. I've not seen one of these sweeps for over 20 years! Excellent.

All shots of him are great, and wonderfully presented, but the top one is tops - love the pov and that expression Smile

another excellent composition.
I'm still trying to get an idea on how the Edge works. But probably it would be good to have one in my hands.....Grin
