The tiny dust cloud on the far left suggests that something is alive and moving amid the bleakness. Yet you leave us to interpret, which is as it should be: fascinating, tantalising . . . .

At first I thought the white ghost on the left was dust from a car...but upon peering I can't see any car! Mysterious.
I love the desolation in this and the vignetting makes this look like someone is looking out with binoculars or some sort of scope.

Empty apart from two scrubby bits of vegetation.
I'm starting to appreciate dark vignetting more and more, it creates a sense of a private, personal place.
Somewhere in the Badlands? The tracks/trails in the sand make for a lovely lead to the mountains in the distance. As always, I love how vignetting pulls an image together.
