Hello, My objective here was to really focus on understanding lighting better (continuous lighting not strobe), and aim for a good close up portrait / headshot.
Used a white background, although no kicker, but actually quite like the grey gradient background.
Used 1 small softbox on the right of the subject, and one octagon softbox in front and slightly to the right.
Made the subject's body face the octagon light, and turn the face towards me, directly in-front, to emphasize the jaw line.
Overall I am pleased with the result, not to sure about the catchlights.
Post edit, slight brighten to levels, dodged and burned eyes, and very subtle(i think) airbrushing to skin.
Really keen to understand to the others opinions, as to where the weaknesses are here, and how and what I should improve.
Many Thanks in advance
EDIT - OH, and the hair running across her right eyebrow, I didnt know how to effectively remove it using spot healing, so after several attempts, just left it.
