This is the same bench at the bottom of the hill featured in my last post, the gradient nicely indicated by those railings.

The dog has clearly spotted me but the man in the funny hat is miles away. Smile

It is a nice place to sit Chris. It's mostly car park in front of you but the view in the direction he's looking is quite surprising and could make a good post for tomorrow.

Many thanks for your Award Moira, and particularly for the rationalization that goes with it.

The hat... I had the impression that is was his wife's and that he was looking after it and the dog while she attended to business. I may be wrong though, but it certainly helps the picture.
