I don't find this sinister at all - nothing left-handed about it! It's a lovely atmospheric capture with some great blue/grey tones. I think if you wanted a darker mood then you would have to crop down from the top, removing the sky areas (and cloning out any stray ones depending on the crop). I like this as it is but I also like the crop when I scroll down. Two different and equally valid images.
