I kind of like where you were going with this but I'm left with a slight frustration about the hair over the eye. You obviously have nice eyes and I think this would have worked well if more of your right eye was visible. Your processing has worked well.

Its not perfect, but how many actually are? I like the colour image best there is a richness to the light and tones which I think works really well. I love mono but this shot is better in colour.
