Another HDR attempt, I´m afraid so...6 shots blended together in Photomatix Pro...
Thanks for your great comments on my yesterday´s first HDR...I´m beginning to like this HDR-thingy
Bored already there??? And sorry about those awful curtains!
Comments and CRITIQUES most welcome...
Thanks for looking...and Goddammit, GO LARGE and PRESS F11!!
Another great shot Goddammit!
Great feel to these mate.
Great detail and effect!
Smashing work i love the effect you have managed to capture.
fantastic HDR well processed really brings out the details,
Looks almost like a doll's house, Jouko.
And yes - those curtains are terrible
Wow...when you go large! How many of those books are photography books I wonder? Great hdr image. Perfect for this image....Well done....Sandy
Lovely work Jouko.
Again love the colours, what a really interesting room.
very cool shot Jouko, i like
You painted this Jouko
Goddammit, 111 views so far! Must be a record
Another super shot Jouko.
Like it Jouko - well processed.
Love the size of the fire/stove !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :_)
Looks over-cooked to me. Long way to go to catch up with your landscapes IMHO.
Ok Jouko this gets my award, I love good HDR and this is brilliant.
Go large folks to appreciate
thanks all! Appreciated!
Dave: Thanks for your UA! It´s HIGHLY appreciated here!!!
Dave: LOL....Yes, it´s an old PÖNTTÖUUNI For real! Go and Google PÖNTTÖUUNI! LOL......
Peter: "Over-cooked" is my middle name
Cheers! Expecting from -15 C to -30 C for tomorrow morning and I´m a bit bored to shoot outside at the mo
looks just like my office!!, well done ,Lee
Nicely done HDR. I like the warmth and detail this processing gives. Curious to know why you chose to blend 6 shots as opposed to 3 for instance??
Lee: Very nice and cosy office you have
Greg: I took 10 shots with different exposure time and just chose 6 for this image....I´m very newby at HDR thing
lol re the curtains Jouko but they do make a good contrast against the warm yellows and reds
A reminder of our time in Finland. We had a meal with a Finnish photographer and I remember those stoves keeping the whole house warm Jouko. Excellent. Ron.
Not as good as yesterdays Jouko .... maybe slightly over tone-mapped for my liking. It's a fab room though .... full of interest.
Appreciate your words...........
Ron: Thanks! I´m glad this brought you some memories from Finland, although it didn´t look like this at that Finnish photographer´s home This is way too unnatural Yes, those old stoves are unbeatable, when talking of warm...
Dave: Cheers, Master! I better stick in sunsets, me thinks
I'm still trying to master the j-peg thing let alone all this new technology
This looks pretty good to me Jouko. Obviously HDR but good for it!
its all soft.
Great room, great work well done Jouko
Quote: Thanks for looking...and Goddammit, GO LARGE and PRESS F11!!
not risking it with them curtains good work again.lesley
Keep 'em coming Jouko.
Very different for you, I like it a lot.
Doing something different is always a challenge Jouko..but fun too
I like the idea here & the subject matter..even with the horrid curtains..lol...but I think you just went a little too far with the HDR this time, yesterday's was just a wee bit more subtle.....well done though & keep on keeping on
Lovely work again Jouko.
Appreciate your comments & critiques......
