Wire fences are one of the problems for us photographers Emily !!
I like the blurry background.
I don't know if you are aware,but you must have did a bit of ''panning'' here.
It is when you follow the subject with your camera,press the shutter,and the background comes out ''blurry'' to give a sense of movement.
Good shot,but perhaps a bit more contrast to the shot is needed here.
(I am not being critical,but as you are only 12 years old,all these little tips may help you in your photography !!)

A really beautiful white tiger Emily, you were so lucky to see this, let alone manage to get what is a really good shot from a moving car! Great focus on the face, and as Mick has already said, perfect panning! You must have a steadier hand than your old nanny!!! ![]()
I think in this instance we can ignore the bit of wire fence!!
