149 (450)Yesterday i took my dog for a walk through the lanes around where i live. It was a nice enough day and nothing out of the ordinary happened. He didn't leave any mess for me to clean up. We didn't get run over by cars doing 60mph down narrow lanes. The farmers had not been "muck spreading". A horse rode by ( with a rider I must add.) but after a quick pass of pleasantries that was that. The sun came out and I suppose for this year that was quite amazing, but that was not the reason for the title of this blog entry.
No It was the fact that everything on that walk was just so extraordinarily ordinary that led to the title. I had nothing better to do than to play with words. I call it humour, but the family call it "Oh no not again!"
Anyway I took this photo of some maize in a field caught from behind a large metal grate. I couldn't resist calling the image "A Maize in Grates". ( I know !
and even the dog barked a groan when i said it !
