for me this kind of shot shouldn't be flash lit, they are all about the silhouette and the soft light a window that is out of direct sunlight will create. Her hands need her fingers pointing out more and a profile of the brides face is needed. it's a good start because its good to see what you are trying to achieve but it's not well executed. You needed a wider window too which would helped add to the dreamy atmosphere this kind of image should suggest. Try exposing more on the light outside the window as a starting point and if you must use flash tone it down a lot

nice shot stu. i would say that all the above stands mate. i like the clouds in it. could do with some foreground interest , rock , tree , discarded shoe etc etc. i would have selected the broken ground at the front of the shot to the left of the frame and fiddled with curves to lift the texture out of it. if im being very very picky i would also have tried to get rid of the jet trail , having said that i often leave them in because i cant be arsed cloning them out! maybe going back at golden hour could yield some nice colours too

is that steam coming off his head? thats well exposed if it is.but that has been at the expense of greying down the nose area of the animal and losing some detail from the eyes. the shot l;ooks a little soft as well to me , possibly slightly out of focus or camera shake due to the long lens and a slow shutter. try upping the iso next time to increase the shutter speed a bit and see if this helps sharpen things up
