Hello everyone.
Firstly may I apologise for my lack of comments on all your images. I have had problems with my wireless dongle - it's been driving me insane and have been tempted to fling the laptop on many occasions!
Thankfully I never did and now Martin (bless him) has provided me with a new dongle on a different network. Happy Days - I'm now up and running again and you should be hearing more from me..... and my comments, instead of clicks!

Anyway enough of the dongle talk.

My upload tonight is of a ten year old lion at Chester Zoo. Martin and I visited there last month and we had a superb time. Especially when I got all emotional over seeing the Jaguar (thanks for all your comments and votes on this one).
The lion was looking extremely regal and was surveying his kingdom, for the length of time I stood watching him. Alas he was in a caged enclosure and so with a bit of cropping, I managed to camouflage most of the wire.
Hope you like him, as much as I do.

Thanks for your loyalty and continued support.

Best Wishes,
Bev

Think Hugh said it best, this is just how I always imagined Aslan as a young Narnia fan!

Your image and title are a perfect match. He's so very handsome and looks to be gazing somewhere far away with deep thoughts. You did a wonderful job with the cropping. I wouldn't have know.

Wonderful shot of this majestic big cat. Love the natural setting and great detail. Excellent.
Isn't it amazing how computers (and dongles!) can raise the blood pressure!? Glad all is well again now.
