love the sky and the beautiful light on the land, i'd be tempted to crop the bottom scetion that seems shaded and dull.

Welcome back Brian, first upload for a long while, eh?
Lovely colour and light but I think a little hard to appreciate at this small size.

Great sky and light on the chapel. I like the shade in the foreground - it brings out the rest

You've been sitting at the bottom of my "favourites" page for too long. Welcome back with a beautifully lit and daringly but effectively composed landscape.

Thanks very much to everyone for their kind comments. Much appreciated.

As some of you have noted, this is my first post for a while so I hope to contribute more regularly in future.

This is a well photographed location in Tuscany and I waited for several days to get some decent light on it. The sky was a real bonus.

Regards,
Brian
