Superb shot - however I find the yellow band at the top of the sky a tad distracting.
Love the lines though.

Only 16 clix for this yet your shot of an over-photographed subject, excellent though it is, gets all the attention?

This is far, far better! Great observation and what a stroke of luck to get a sky like that! Amazing stuff.

Interesting thought, Julian. I first saw this in poor light and returned at sunset, also in poor light, but within 10 minutes this was the result. The sky was a real bonus. Sometimes you just get lucky!

Stunning. Whilst I agree about the yellow band, this is one of the most striking shots I've seen. Well visualised and caught.
