Birkenhead doesn't always get good press, but at least it's famous for having the World's First Public Park (and trams) and of course, as you know, Central Park in New York was inspired by Birkenhead Park.

This is a superb image and I have to say it's the best picture I've seen of Birkenhead Park in a long time. The colours are stunning, it reminds me of good old Fuji Velvia days where the colours were deep and well saturated.

An excellent effort.

Andrew.

Stunning image with superb colours. Would make a great postcard - or even better - framed and hung on your wall !

Love the tones and light in this - good framing too.
Well captured and processed.
