Took this shot last week in Amsterdam and I'm not claiming any credit from what I think is an excellent portrait. I took this shot through a shop window of a print hanging on the back wall.
It was evening and the light was very poor and it was quite a distance away so I used ISO1600 at 1/30 sec with my 100-400mm set at 300mm. If you look in the eye you can see the outline of the photographer. Not me of course!
I went back the next day to get the name of the photographer but the shop was closed and seemed to be closing down. What a shame.
If anyone recognises this picture and the photographer please let me know.

Totally wonderful portrait.
You could just swim in those eyes.
Super tones and lighting.
okay... you'll have to share the click with the anonymous photographer. It is quite a close up though. If this would hang in my bedroom, I wouldn't leave my bedroom anymore.
Thanks everyone and especially to Samoamax. What a fantastic shot!
Brian.
