We went up to for a couple of days to see the Grand-children and one of their demands was that I go with them to the Basildon Leisure Park to photograph them having wipeouts.

I won't bore you with the dozens of shots of three little maniacs sweeping around the lake but whilst that was going on a few older and more competent boarders arrived and gave me a chance to really test out the EM5 + 75-300 at high-speed sports shooting.

I found that working at 6fps in SAF mode (IS1 or IS2) allowed the system to keep pretty good track of the action and focus where I wanted for around 70-80% of the time.

This was one of the better shots from the day, working with ISO800 to keep the shutter speed up
