I found this beauty when helping a friend spot wildlife macro opportunities in his riverside garden.

Its my first Damsel of the year and reminded me why I enjoy macro work so much

Thanks for the comments all.

I agree about the bright lighting Alister but, for once, that's how I wanted it Smile - I was aiming for the "Glamour" treatment (hence the title) and used flash to fill in an already brightly backlit shot to achieve the effect.
