Getting some images ready for an upcoming Exhibition I found this one I had forgotten.

Taken earlier in the year at the Garden House on the edge of Dartmoor I got down amongst the poppies to try for a more interesting angle.

I've had to do a little dodging and burning in the sky and also lightened the darker foreground a little.

A proper grad filter or maybe a play with HDR would have also helped but I didn't have the filter in my bag and I'm trying to do as little digital manipulation as possible these days.

Thanks for the additonal C&Cs all.

Ken - its a style of image making that I am trying to develop, mostly by exposure and DOF control. This is a candidate for printing onto canvas
