Taken during the Llanidloes Air Show, Friday, July 21, 2006.
Two images layered together and given a dry brush in PS.
Now that is foreground intrest!
Well manipulated, yet to try the dry brush---looks a good tool.
Brian the ingredients are there but your ps needs a little bit more work/care. The sky is very light around the lancaster and of course this should be the same tone as the rest of the sky.Get that bit right and you will end up with an oustanding image.
as danbrann says, you have got too much of a halo effect going on here
Could see this hanging on the wall of the local RAF ex-servicemans club very easily Bri.
Wow, that can't have been easy to capture as well as you have, Brian, a good shot above a wonderful landscape
Yes Dan, I can see what you mean, but the original looks fine, the tail is against a cloud, giving a halo effect.
I was worried about the props, but that is all I had.
Really cleverly done and arranged! Nice image.
Dah Dah da Dah da da Dah da..
Nicely done Brian..
You have produced a fine rendition of this old aircraft Brian...the bg. is a lovely landscape with good distant clarity...many thanks for your good wishes on my health, things are looking up after my operation and I can see a wee excursion with the camera on the agenda soon...had a look through some of your shots and it brought back fine memories of our day together, if you plan another trip mind and let us know...give our regards to Marion and Louise sends her love.
Even the 'Halo' works for me!
