Yes, quite like this. Nice tonal range and soft pastel colours. The hand rail leads in very well.

The light is so subtle at this time of night, Brian, giving you a fair deal of light on the pier, but also the golden lights to lift the scene.
The railings have been used well as a lead-in to the Pavilion Theatre, and the under-pier structures are well defined against the still light water.
You have kept both vertical and horizontal lines good and straight.

I feel that the large out of focus foreground railing mars the image and that it would benefit from having it removed.
I'm not concerned about the placement of the horizon because there is so little of it showing, but I would like to see a bit more sky over the top of the theatre, as well as a touch more brightness and contrast.

I have shown these small alterations in my modification. I also cropped a bit off the right side in order to place a line of the railing in the bottom right corner.
