Now I like your photo but I can see all those artifacts around those trees where you've had that area selected for editing.

Thanks everyone for taking a look and for all the kind comments, appreciated.

Kin, oops, I've done it again - oversharpened, a fault I seem to have.

Thanks again for all the viewings, appreciated. I've had this one for some time but wasn't over happy with it, I tend to be my own biggest critic, perhaps I'm too cautious with what I post.

Yes, it was a lovely sky at the end of a lovely day. We were on holiday at the time with the caravan on a little site just inland from Bridlington.

Yes, it is over sharpened at the silhouette line, but a great shot all the same, and something easy to correct, well done Brian.

Thanks for taking a look, Eric, and for your input, appreciated as ever. I put my hand s up to my oversharpening - I was going to blame compression but having looked back at my cropped/resized version which I prepared for posting it is showing there too, one of my faults, I really will have to be more conservative with the unsharp mask.

Thanks for viewing a comments, Sze, appreciated as always. The treeline was quite distant so the base was cropped to remove unwanted blank foreground - no size adjustment has taken place.
