Oedemera nobilis.............(beetle) approx 15 mm body length .................. on flower bud.

Great irridescent greens on his back,lovely shallow dof.
Would have liked to have seen his antennae in focus too but I guess he was too busy 'sniffing' the air to keep that still
Janet I would have liked that too - you are right unfortunately the antenna are always moving - also they are too far apart to get both of them in the dof.
