This is a very daring photo; A very colourful subject against a very colourful background, but IT WORKS!!! The strength that separates both is the focus and DOF. The colours are amazing... the composition is spot on.

Some excellent bold colour in this John and great DOF, makes for an impressive shot. I guess I missed this detour while I was moving the car ;(

Chosen the right "model" here. The artwork of the tattoo fits in nicely with that on the wall.
I like the way the car & reflections act as an end point stopping the eye from wandering out to the right forcing you back left again.
