I snapped these orchids yesterday, as I walked past them in my conservatory, for no other reason than I just had my camera in my hand.
Later when I looked at the shots, I thought that they looked colourful, so I have decided to show them to you.
The one in vers.1 was given to me, a while ago, by my daughter, Carol, (Gingerdelight).
They have just bloomed again after dropping their flowers a month or so ago and being bare until now.
They should be flowering now until after Christmas and well into the New Year.
I hope you like them and can forgive me for not being 'artistic' with them.

Those vertical blinds make the picture, in both instances. They're so strict and formal. I think I go for V1.

Great shots! It's good to see that "my" orchids are still in bloom after all this time!! Nice to see the view from your window again too (even though it looks rainy!).

I am glad for these things:
1. People taking pics of things just because they have a camera in hand.
2. People uploading things because they wanted to share the enjoyment they felt.
3. Orchids not needing artistry - they just need to be shared.
These are GORgeous Phalaenopsis orchids (or moth orchids) Carol got for you, Brian. Especially the ones in V1.
Thanks so much for sharing ![]()
