I found this, dead[/i] moth on the conservatory carpet, so I took a few quick shots. I then tried to pick it up and it flew away. So I hope that it wasn't having a munch.
Does anyone know the species. Thank you all for looking.

Never seen or heard of an Angles Shades Moth and this really is a treat.
