So took my first trip to the Millstones on the Peak District with Amy and Rick. Fantastic place, stunning vistas and interesting rock formations. The weather was, errr temperamental, brilliant for big sky shots, crap when it's blowing a gale and raining!

Anyway this is my first shot from today, I've given it the HDR treatment, yes I know, but I feel it needed something. Can't promise my other shots won't get the same but will try not to, but if I do will tone it right down. I've also done a Panoramic which I'll process and upload.

Was up there a last weekend, but didn't get the chance to take any pics due to being short of time.. It's a stunning area and you've captured it so well!
Thanks for sharing!

Mike

Great sky.

Oddly enough, before I read your comments about HDR, I was thinking the foreground needed a bit of a contrast boost. It looks a little flat.
