Its a nice, competent shot. The lighting has done what you wanted.
For me, the expression isnt working to engage the shooter or the viewer. A slight smile, a tilt of the head to one side, all would help.
In addition, theres a slight red cast overall which isnt bad, but can look better without it.
Ive loaded a few mods, - one change in al is that Ive added canvas to the right to place her off centre, and Ive made changes to the tone, sharpness, and expression in mods 2 and three.
Hope this is helpful,
regards
Willie

Technically very good, compositionally, a little space needed to the RHS to place here eyes left of centre, certainly no further than centre. As has been mentioned the model's facial expression lets it down as, for me, does the piercing above her upper lip! I would also have been tempted to clone or brush out the mole to here right cheek.

Thanks so much for the honest options.
I've other where she does have her tilted to one side but I felt they didn't work, will go back and have another look after seeing Willies mods.
I agree, a nice smile would have been better. I'll also have a look at the piercing and mole.

. . . Really ! ?
Seriously, I think it's all been said and it's an excellent shot.
This is technically very well done but yes, she does look a bit cheesed off!
Bren.
