Another mono for you again taken in the Yorkshire Dales with Mark (youngwooly)on a grey and misty day.Gave the 70-200 a run for a change

Lovely light and texture on the water, and a great comp.

Love this. The mono conversion adds a great deal to the stark and forboding nature of the location.
A great mono image. I like it too with some cropped off the bottom, lets me see the bridge and the house more. Also makes it appear a little brighter. Just a thought...........Sandy
Classic composition. Really like the mono conversion. I thought at first some of the shadows could be lightened to reveal more detail but the more I look at it the more I favour your processing. It might be nice to have included the colour version as a variant.
Yes Bri we must try again but will I ever leave that cloud behind
