Hope you like my photos. I am strictly amateur with most of my photography being at a local nature reserve plus very occasional holidays.

Been photographing over 60 years. Started with Kodak Box Brownie and Autographic 2A, to Kodak Retinette IIB. First SLR was a Practikamat, followed by Practika LTL and MTL, Yashica AX and TLElectroX, Pentax ME, MX(2), Super A, LX, MZ5N, istD*, K10D and K7. My current camera is a Nikon D7000 having reluctantly converted from Pentax largely due to the unavailability of certain lenses/accessories and not the quality of the Pentax cameras. I spend most of my time on macro work with insects, mainly dragonflies and butterflies, and flowers, etc. I also have a Panasonic Lumix FZ28 and a Canon IXUS 80IS for "snapping!".
