Good morning on a driech Monday,
it's been raining all night through, but it is very, very mild. The birds are singing and announcing spring has come - well, a fool who believes that!

Here some more images from my wander through our frozen world two weeks ago.

Lovely frosty images Johanna, I love doing shots like this, we get lots of practise on Scotland. V2 because it's sharper.

It's still dark here this morning, but I imagine there will be frost here in supposedly sunny California too. At daybreak I may venture out and try for something like this. Great close-ups..............Sandy

I'm no great fan of frost but it certainly does some beautiful work when it coats the plants! Makes for lovely images, like these!

Two excellent frosted macros Johanna, we've hardly had any frosts at all this winter. I reckon only four in all so far and the two hardest ones were early last week

Beautiful rimmed in crystals - like sugar crystals Johanna.

We are to have rain here today and tomorrow - hurrah! So very much needed here. My poppies are already at a height of 6" and now I envision wonderful blooms in a month or so.
