Here's my thoughts...
The jaunty angle, the composition, the long exposure (headlights in the BG) and the subject are spot on. However, I feel if you were going to do a long exposure then you would have some time to paint the car a little with some extra light or an external flash, instead of relying on the streetlamps. That would make it pop from the background and remove some of the uncomfortable "Orangeness".

Having said that, I am loving the menacing glow from the headlights!
