Lovely simple image and vey effective ....just one little point,if it was mine I would have had the tree on the third to the left with it pointing in to the picture.
Looks good as it is but it would add to the composition if it was on the other side.

Excellent composition but a little to over sharpened.There is ghosting around the larger rocks to the left and also the horizon has lens distortion which is easily corrected in P/S.

Good Pic Matt.I think it would be better if the car was placed to the left of the image with the front of the car looking out of the frame.Just re position the tripod to the left a bit.I was at fault with a lot of my pictures doing that as I was just keen to take the shot and not composing correctly.Just an observation mate.

Hello Rich....I like the idea behind this image but there are a number of points I would like to make.
I feel the crop is to tight to the left and if you moved around to the right a little you would have picked up the second stone on the thirds to make it stronger.
I would have cropped the sky more to make this image a square format.There is enough mood in the sky for the image not to lose that.
I would also have cloned out the people in the distance...easy to do in PS.
The light and detail in the large stone is spot on so a good moody shot is on the cards at this location.

If I was to take this image Paul I would move slightly to the right or left to have the cart on an angle across the frame.This would give the shot a better perspective and also try to under expose a little to remove the burn out which is evident to the right of the cart.
I like the toning and portrait works well.
Try getting lower down and move around the scene to be creative with your compositions.

Excellent exposure but there are a few points I would like to make.
Firstly the horizon is not level,you can easily remedy this in PS or elements.Needs to be shifted to the right.
The foreground is a little cluttered.If you were able try to look for a leading angle in to the shot.I think this image would have been better if you had moved slightly to the right to give yourself a good lead in to the main body of rocks and this would also give you a natural line of the tide crashing against the rock formation.The colour and drama has been captured well.Good luck with your images and welcome to EPZ.

I would definitely use a polariser to enhance the soft clouds, and position the stone slightly more to the right.Also I would under expose the grasses by one or two stops to enhance the tones and set your white balance to cloudy.The information will be recorded and you can always tone down..not up.
A lovely shot and plenty of potential.Never be afraid to take shots in cloudy conditions as there is always something to work on.
