Took this image last night, went for a drive as it was my day off and was drawn to this place again because of the flood water.Where I was stood there was 12" of water in the car park.
A totally different place and atmosphere and nature has its beauty at times even though a lot of people are suffering greatly,at least not here.
Two Grad filters used to achieve this at an exposure of 25 seconds.
Appreciate your time all and please view large if you can.

The No Parking signs are a bit redundant. Beautiful but sad, and more heavy rain forecast today for the western side of the UK.

It looks so calm that the devastation of so much excess water is hard to imagine - 60 to 90 cm (2 - 3 feet) above normal I reckon. As Moira says, ....

The long exposure has brought a fantastic finish to the water Tom, beautiful tonal quality to this image and a nice sense of movement in the clouds. Mother nature can be both fierce and beautiful, as this image clearly portrays. Lovely work,
