Found this soldier beetle in uncut grass in my garden yesterday
All one handed macro shots while holding on to the stem of the grass..

A hard choice, but I think V4 is my favourite, with the arch of the piece of grass above the beetle and the wide span of those wonderful antennae beneath it.
Good to see you soldiering on Bun, I agree with Pamela that v4 is the pick of the bunch.
